Who we are
Meet the Farmers
Amanda Schubert, Founder
Amanda is the heart behind the farm’s vision for stewardship, nourishment, and family-centered living. She is a holistic nutrition and health coach with a deep belief that true health begins with real food, supportive environments, and daily habits rooted in nature.
As a mother and homeschooler, Amanda is passionate about helping families reconnect with where their food comes from and how it supports long-term wellness. Her work blends regenerative agriculture, nutrition education, and intentional living—bridging the gap between how food is grown and how it nourishes the body.
Amanda brings care, discernment, and purpose to every aspect of the farm, with a focus on integrity, simplicity, and building systems that support health for generations to come.
Mike Schubert, Operations Manager
Mike provides the steady operational foundation of the farm, drawing on years of experience in leadership, logistics, and systems management. His professional background includes working with Walmart / Sam’s Club, where he developed a strong understanding of efficiency, planning, and responsible operations.
Today, Mike applies those skills to the land—designing infrastructure, managing grazing systems, and ensuring the farm operates sustainably and thoughtfully. He is hands-on, practical, and deeply invested in building something lasting for both family and land.
We are a family-run regenerative farm rooted in the Ozarks, committed to stewarding land with care, humility, and intention. Our work is guided by a simple belief: healthy soil grows healthy food, and healthy food supports healthy families.
This farm began not as a business idea, but as a personal journey—one shaped by a desire to nourish our own family, live closer to the land, and raise our children with a deep respect for how food is grown and where it comes from. Over time, that journey became a calling to steward this land well and to share what it produces with our community.
Our Philosophy
We practice regenerative agriculture because it reflects how we believe farming should be done—working with nature rather than against it. Regeneration means restoring soil health, honoring natural systems, and making decisions with long-term impact in mind.
We believe:
Healthy soil is the foundation of healthy ecosystems
Animals thrive when allowed to live according to their design
Food should nourish deeply, not just fill
Stewardship is a responsibility passed from one generation to the next
Our goal is not maximum production. It is long-term vitality—for the land, the animals, and the families who depend on it.
How We Farm
Our approach centers on observation, adaptability, and care. We use practices such as:
Rotational grazing to support pasture recovery and soil health
Pasture-based systems that prioritize animal welfare
Minimal chemical intervention, focusing on resilience and prevention
Thoughtful land management that protects water, wildlife, and biodiversity
Every decision is made with the understanding that the health of the land today shapes what it can provide tomorrow.
Family, Faith & Stewardship
At the heart of this farm is our family. As parents and homeschoolers, we view the land as both a livelihood and a classroom—one that teaches responsibility, patience, and respect for living systems.
Our faith shapes how we approach this work. We believe this land has been entrusted to us, and our role is to care for it wisely, improve it where we can, and leave it better than we found it. Integrity, gratitude, and stewardship guide our daily work and long-term vision.
More Than a Farm
This land is more than a place where food is raised—it is a place of learning, restoration, and connection. Our farm is closely connected to our broader wellness philosophy, rooted in the belief that true health begins with nourishment, environment, and daily habits.
While our farm focuses on regenerative food and land stewardship, our wellness work supports families in applying those same principles to everyday life—encouraging slower, more intentional living grounded in nature and nourishment.
Looking Ahead
As the farm continues to grow, so does our vision for what it can offer. We hope this land will be a place for education, shared meals, community gatherings, and meaningful connection—supporting a resilient local food system and encouraging families to reconnect with the land.
We are building something meant to last. Not just for today, but for generations to come.
Welcome. We’re glad you’re here.
